I begin with an end-of-the-year, Solstice, Purnima (Satsang Full Moon Spiritual Retreat), New Year's Message from Shri Hazur 1008 Ardhnam Saheb of the Dharamdasi Kabir Panth. Following that, there are Kabir poems that mention the moon. Then the rest of the program explores the earliest teachings of Guru Kabir preserved in the Adi Granth (Guru Granth, Shri Guru Granth, Sikh Scriptures of India). These are culled from two different translations:
1) Songs of Kabir from the Adi Granth, by Nirmal Dass, and,
2) from a line-by-line interlinear collection of all the verses of Kabir in the Granth.
These present Kabir's key teachings about this Path of the Masters as he intended it to be, and this is what I mean by "Sant Mat".
"I was being crushed
like seeds in an oil-press --
but the Satguru set me free.
Love, old as all my births,
flickered once again."
Taking Off the Heavy Load Through Meditation
Unfettered meditation
brings jiva mukti (liberation):
Your heavy load is taken off.
Welcome Him in your heart,
so you will not be born
again and again.
This meditation
will erase your blemishes;
you will be free from Maya’s touch.
Meditate, meditate, and sing,
“Hari, Hari” [God, God]. You will obtain
this meditation from your true guru [Satguru].
Always, always meditate day and night:
When you rise, when you lie down,
when you breathe in, when you breathe out.
Waking or sleeping,
relish the taste of meditation —
meditation will bring union.
Meditation will remove all your burdens;
meditation upon Ram’s [God’s] name
will become your support.
Kabir, says, “He is limitless.”

"Says Kabir: With my eyes, I see You, Lord; with my ears, I hear Your Name.
With my tongue I chant Your Name; I enshrine Your Lotus Feet within my heart."
